Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. Game rooms are temporary and deleted after inactivity.

We use cookies and localStorage to remember your preferences (language, theme) and game progress. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for data storage and Google Fonts for typography. These services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

Adatik Fun provides interactive games and creative tools including Draw & Guess, You Can't Say No, and Press or Breathe. Services are provided 'as is' without warranties.

3. User Accounts

You may use our services without an account. For multiplayer features, you provide a display name. You are responsible for all activity under your name.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: violate laws, infringe rights, harass others, upload malicious content, attempt to breach security, or use our services for illegal purposes.

All content, design, and code are owned by Adatik. You retain ownership of content you create. We grant you a limited license to use our services.

6. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for content you create, including custom No Escape experiences. You grant us a license to host and display your content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adatik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
